Double/single sided THT+CC inspection

This modus AOI system is designed for top and bottom inspection with an FOV of 300 x 410 mm (11.8” x 15.8”). It has one multi-LED illuminated line scan unit as well as our patented parallax-free lenses. The transport module has a length of 1200mm (47.2 in.) and offers an optional return conveyor.
